DEVOPS

DevOps

Ship it to production. Own the pipeline.

The full production pipeline — Kubernetes on AWS EKS or GCP GKE, Terraform-managed infrastructure, ArgoCD GitOps, multi-environment promotion with approval gates, and one-click rollback — all inside the same cockpit where you built the app.

upliftos / devops — production

01 · Local

Live dev server status, console output, API endpoint detection. See what your app is doing while you build it — before it leaves your machine.

02 · Preview

Staging URL generation, version management, update / share / delete controls. Give your team a link. Ship a preview in seconds.

03 · Production

Live deployment with URL, redeploy / promote / rollback / stop actions. Custom domain with DNS verification or UpliftOS subdomain. One window, one click.

04 · Advanced

Full DevOps Center: eight tabs covering pipelines, deployments, infrastructure, environments, domains, monitoring, integrations, and quality gates. For the people who run production.

Pipeline

Trigger builds for web and API services. Build history with git branch and commit tracking. Live status — queued, preparing, building, pushing, completed, failed. Real-time polling every 10 seconds.

Deployments

Per-environment deployment management across dev, staging, and production. Current deployment status, replica counts, strategy info. Scale up, scale down, rollback to any previous version. Deployment history timeline with full audit.

Infrastructure

Terraform-backed provisioning on AWS (EKS + RDS + ECR) or GCP (GKE + CloudSQL + GCR). Configure → Plan → Apply flow with live output. Cluster, database, and registry status in one view. Cost estimation before you press the button.

Environments

Dev → staging → production pipeline with per-environment resource limits (CPU, memory), required approval gates, and auto-promotion rules. Promote between environments with one click. Visualized as a pipeline, not a YAML file.

Domains

Custom domain registration, SSL certificate provisioning via cert-manager, DNS verification workflow (CNAME + TXT record checks), domain status tracking. HTTPS in minutes instead of hours of ops tickets.

Monitoring

Live health metrics — uptime, requests per minute, average latency, error rate. Streaming pod and deployment logs with tail and per-pod filtering, refreshing every 5 seconds. Production observability without a separate tool.

Integrations

13+ integration categories wired into deploys: GitHub, Stripe, Slack, Discord, SendGrid, Mailchimp, OpenAI, Anthropic, Supabase, Firebase, Auth0, Clerk, and more. OAuth in. Credentials encrypted. Ready at build time.

BATTLETEST (Tests)

Quality gate framework that runs before promotion. Test execution, result tracking, health scoring. Fail the tests, fail the deploy. Pass the tests, keep the pipeline moving.

01 · Kubernetes Self-Host

Full production control on AWS EKS or GCP GKE — your cluster, your namespace, your cost line on the invoice. ArgoCD GitOps, nginx ingress with cert-manager, ECR or GCR container registry, Terraform-managed infrastructure, secrets encrypted at rest. The production-grade path for regulated industries and teams that need real data sovereignty.

02 · Vercel Cloud

Serverless deploys with an OAuth connection. Preview URLs per branch, automatic HTTPS, edge rendering, zero config. The fast path for front-end-heavy apps that want to skip the infra conversation entirely. Same cockpit, same Battle Plan, same commits — different runtime.

Dev → Staging → Prod. With the approval gates real teams actually use: per-environment resource limits, required approvals, auto-promotion rules.

Dev

Every commit auto-deploys. Zero approvals. Fast iteration. The place you break things on purpose.

Staging

Promotion from dev requires one approval. BATTLETEST runs before promotion. Real data, real traffic shape, zero risk.

Production

Two approvals, rolling / blue-green / canary strategy, health checks, instant rollback. Production deploys that look like production deploys.

Rolling. Blue-green. Canary. Pick the one that fits the risk — per environment and per service.

01 · Rolling

The default. Roll new pods in gradually, old pods out gradually. No downtime. Good for most deploys.

02 · Blue-Green

Stand up a full copy of the new version, flip traffic at the ingress, tear down the old version. Zero-risk rollback.

03 · Canary

Send a small percentage of traffic to the new version first. Validate metrics. Roll forward only if the canary is healthy.

Terraform provisions it. ArgoCD reconciles it. You own it. Configure → Plan → Apply in your own cloud account, with cost estimation before you commit.

AWS · EKS Stack

EKS cluster (managed Kubernetes) · RDS (managed Postgres) · ECR (container registry) · Route53 (DNS) · nginx ingress + NLB · cert-manager (Let's Encrypt) · ArgoCD (GitOps controller). Est. ~$380/mo baseline.

GCP · GKE Stack

GKE cluster (managed Kubernetes) · CloudSQL (managed Postgres) · GCR (container registry) · Cloud DNS · nginx ingress + GCLB · cert-manager (Let's Encrypt) · ArgoCD (GitOps controller). Est. ~$365/mo baseline.

Your Cluster, Your Cloud

DevOps runs on infrastructure you own — your AWS or GCP account, your cluster, your data, your security boundary. Not a vendor-managed sandbox with mystery limits and mystery pricing.

Terraform-Managed, Not Magic

Infrastructure is provisioned by Terraform and visible in your own IaC repo. Every resource is auditable. Every change is reviewable. Nothing is hidden behind a proprietary control plane you can't inspect.

GitOps by Default

ArgoCD watches your manifests repo and continuously reconciles cluster state. Deploys happen by pushing branches. Infrastructure as git history.

Real Rollback, Real Fast

Rollback any deployment to any previous version from the Deployments tab with one click. No manifest spelunking. No kubectl archaeology. No "who has cluster admin right now?"

SSL That Just Works

cert-manager + Let's Encrypt wired into the Domains tab. Add a custom domain, verify DNS, get a valid certificate automatically. Renewal handled. Expiry monitored. You do not touch a PEM file.

Approval Gates That Match Reality

Per-environment approval gates (0 for dev, 1 for staging, 2 for prod — or whatever you need). Auto-promotion rules. Resource limits enforced. Production promotions look like production promotions, not a yolo push to main.
