2. Naming Applications Built on UpliftOS
If you build applications or agents on the platform, or sell them on the Marketplace:
- You may state factually that your application is "built on UpliftOS"
- You may NOT include "UpliftOS" (or a confusingly similar term) in your application's name, logo, or domain
- You may NOT present your application as made, endorsed, or certified by UpliftOS
- Marketplace listings must use your own brand as the seller of record
3. Permitted Use
You may use our trademarks in the following ways:
- Truthfully refer to our products and services
- Link to our website using our logo (with permission)
- Use in editorial or news contexts
- Use in academic or research publications
4. Prohibited Use
Warning: Unauthorized use of our trademarks may result in legal action. Protect our brand integrity by following these guidelines.
