THE PROBLEM

The divorce process defaults to adversarial because the tooling does: two lawyers, two retainers, and a court system that assumes conflict. For couples who already agree, that default burns money and goodwill they'd rather keep.

THE APP

Amicable Divorce gives both people one shared, guided process — plain-language steps, a workspace they both can see, and the documents generated as they go. The process stays cooperative because the software is.

THE BUILD

Built solo on UpliftOS, nights and weekends. The platform supplied auth, data, document handling, and deployment; the product work was the guided process itself — the part only domain understanding can produce.

MORE FROM THIS CASE STUDY

Built on UpliftOS in days, not quarters.

One person, a real product, no team required. The platform did the platform work.
