THE PROBLEM

Recognition in a hospital is constant and invisible — a nurse covering a shift, a tech calming a scared kid. It lived in email threads and gift-card spreadsheets, and the vendor platforms that promised better wanted per-seat pricing for thousands of staff.

THE APP

High Five makes recognition a public habit: anyone can send a high five tied to the organization's values, the feed makes good work visible across departments, and milestones surface people who'd otherwise never be seen outside their unit.

THE BUILD

One build on UpliftOS came out the other side as a web app and a native mobile app — recognition lives where staff are, on their phones, without a separate mobile project or a per-seat contract.

MORE FROM THIS CASE STUDY

Built on UpliftOS in days, not quarters.

The platform supplied auth, data, compliance, and deployment — the team supplied the workflow. Yours can too.
