Cookie Policy
This Cookie Policy explains how UpliftOS uses cookies and similar tracking technologies. We use essential cookies necessary for security and functionality, and analytics cookies — described in section 2 — which are enabled by default. We do NOT use cookies for advertising, or to track your behavior across other websites.
1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website or use an application. They help us recognize your device, maintain your session, and ensure platform security.
In UpliftOS, we primarily use cookies to maintain secure sessions while you access the platform. We do NOT use cookies for advertising or to track your behavior across other websites.
2. Types of Cookies We Use
Essential Cookies (Always Active)
These cookies are strictly necessary for UpliftOS to function properly and securely. They cannot be disabled.
- Session Cookies: Maintain your secure login session
- Authentication Cookies: Verify your identity and protect your account
- Security Cookies: Prevent CSRF attacks and unauthorized access
- Load Balancing: Ensure optimal platform performance
Functionality Storage (Optional)
These are stored in your browser and enhance your experience but are not essential. Most are kept in local storage rather than cookies. You can block them using your browser’s cookie controls.
- Language Preferences: Remember your language selection
- Theme Preferences: Store your display settings
- Recently Viewed: Show your recent activities
Analytics Cookies (On by default)
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site and the UpliftOS application are used. These cookies are set by us as first-party cookies, and the resulting usage data is processed by Google as our analytics provider. They are enabled by default on both upliftos.ai and the UpliftOS app.
- _ga: Distinguishes one visitor from another. Expires after approximately 2 years.
- _ga_<stream-id>: Persists session state for the property. Expires after approximately 2 years.
To opt out, block cookies for this site in your browser, or install Google's official opt-out browser add-on.
3. Cookies We Don't Use
UpliftOS does NOT use:
- Advertising or marketing cookies
- Social media cookies
- Cookies that sell or share your data with advertisers
We do use analytics cookies, described in section 2. They are set first-party by UpliftOS and the resulting usage data is processed by Google. We do not enable Google Signals, so this data is not used for cross-device advertising personalization.
4. Third-Party Services
UpliftOS integrates with third-party services. Some are essential to running the platform; the analytics service below is not, and is covered in section 2. These services may set their own cookies. The analytics cookies in section 2 are set by us as first-party cookies.

5. Managing Your Cookie Preferences
The controls available to you are:
Browser Settings
Most browsers allow you to refuse or delete cookies. Please note that blocking essential cookies will prevent you from using UpliftOS.
Opting out of analytics
UpliftOS does not currently offer an in-product cookie setting. To opt out of analytics, block cookies for this site in your browser, or install Google’s official opt-out browser add-on.
Do Not Track
UpliftOS does not currently respond to Do Not Track (DNT) browser signals. There is no agreed industry standard for how DNT should be interpreted, and the analytics cookies described in section 2 are set regardless of your DNT setting. To opt out, use the browser controls described above.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the platform or by email.
